CCDL held their annual dinner at the club on March 24th. It was a great time. Thanks to CCDL for their diligence in protecting the 2nd Amendment.
Bill Howard hosted a 2nd free AAA Motor Club Driver Training
Class at the club recently. Everyone who went really
enjoyed it, and all agreed that there are a lot of rules of the road
that need refreshing. Attendees will receive a certificate that
is honored by most auto insurance companies for premium discounts,
which is a good thing.
We had our second annual "Exercise your 2nd Amendment Right"
fun shoot on January 1, 2012. It was fun, lots of people shooting,
weather was in the 40's. Not bad.
The 4th Annual Breast Cancer Shoot / Emergency Relief Fund fundraiser was held on August 27th at 9am. The pre-Irene rainy weather did not deter people from having a good time. Frank Noble, the sponsor team, and everyone who helped did a fantastic job. The food was tasty, especially the award winning venison chili (thanks Doug). The raffle was a success, and the silent auction featured a Mossberg .308 ATR rifle donated by Mossberg (thanks George).
New storage garage for clay birds. We finally got rid of all of the dilapidated trailers
The new Trap Office / Warm-up Hut is a beautiful addition replacing the old trap office
