From Wolcott, take 322 East - this is Center St.
The landmark you are looking for is the intersection of Center, Woodtick Road, and County Road. It is a 4 way stop with a flashing red light. From the intersection, you can see the sign at the entrance of WLOPA off Woodtick road.
When you enter the WLOPA shooting complex, you will immediately see the
Clubhouse at the end of the driveway. The airgun range, and all
airgunning events are held in the woods just to the left of the clubhouse.
The shotgunning events are held to the right as you enter the driveway.
The pistol and rifle facilities are located behind the clubhouse.
